Mahendra Facility Services Pvt Ltd is a Pune-based labour contractor supplying manpower on contract for defined job works. Over 7+ years we have built a workforce base across eight service lines — skilled and unskilled — so a client can source manpower, housekeeping, security and facility staff through a single contractor instead of juggling several vendors. The workers we deploy are experienced in their respective trades, familiar with machine and equipment handling, and work under our own site supervisors from day one of deployment.
Our clientele spans manufacturing, casting, forging, painting, powder-coating and electrical units, along with automotive-parts manufacturers. Every worker is our direct employee — wages, provident fund, ESIC and welfare-fund obligations are met by us and documented month on month, so none of that statutory liability passes on to your books. We hold all eight core registrations a labour contractor needs to operate legally in Maharashtra — Shop Act, PF, ESIC, GST, PTRC, MLWF, Udyam and Labour Bureau — and can produce compliance records on demand for any audit or client inspection.
Manpower scales with your production cycles, not the other way round: headcount moves up for a seasonal surge or a new line, and down again once the work tapers, without you carrying idle payroll in between. Absentee cover and replacements are handled the same day, so a worker calling in sick never stalls your shift.
